• How do I Cancel?

•   You may cancel by phone (01169261925)   or   Email  (info.towrco@gmail.com) If you have to cancel your Order.

• What are the refund options?

• The following refund options are supported:

•  We request that if You Want your Order Cancle If you faces any difficulty or some other problem you cancel at least 24 hours before a Order place. This gives us the opportunity to Order Processing . You may cancel by phone or Email here. If you have to cancel your Order, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 24 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future Order. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, Whatever will be the courier charge and packing cost, you will get it only after deducting them. (Note: ₹99 will be deducted in the final refund amount as Cancellations charges) The owner has the only right to be flexible here.

• The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.

• For items that you bought on discount or from the sale, the refund will be in form of a Full Value Gift Voucher. The only charges that will not be refunded are the COD charges. There will be no Cancellations or exchanges applicable on any promotional or discounted items.
